What is a Home Condition Report?

The Home Condition Report is an objective report on the condition of the property offered for sale that can be relied on by the seller, buyer and lender involved. The report will highlight any problems found with elements of the property from our inspection and specify repairs.

The report’s main aim is to flag up any defects that need urgent attention or serious faults that could affect your decision. It also tells you about parts of the property that would need further investigation to prevent damage to the structure of the building in the future.

The Surveyor examines the inside and outside of the main building and the gas, electricity and water and drainage services.
